PENNSYLVANIA MOTORCYCLE SAFETY PROGRAM

This year, the Motorcycle Safety Program will train over 27,000 Pennsylvania residents to ride motorcycles safely at sites throughout the state. Administrative offices are located in York. This position supports administrative functions for the program.

Major duties include but are not limited to:
  • Accurate miscellaneous data base entry, spreadsheets, and inventory.
  • Verifying and entering student information into computerized data base.
  • Various tasks including but not limited to answering phones, preparing mass mailings, finding RiderCoaches to teach courses, and operation of office equipment.
  • Assisting RiderCoaches and staff with questions, concerns and requests.
  • Customer service relating to RiderCoaches, vendors, trainers, student participants, etc.
  • Responsible for providing general office support.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

Pay rate is $11.00 to $13.00/hour (depending on experience).

The position is typically laid off approximately 2 - 4 weeks a year in December.
This position has limited benefits – vacation and holidays. Medical benefits are not included.
