This year, the Motorcycle Safety Program will train over 27,000 Pennsylvania residents to ride motorcycles safely at sites throughout the state. Administrative offices are located in York.

Requirements and duties include but are not limited to:
  • High school graduate
  • Experience: computer knowledge, 3 years general clerical experience, accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred but not required
  • Under supervision of the State Coordinator and the Office Manager this position registers students through inbound phone calls
  • Look up class information for customers
  • Enter customer information into the computer system
  • Answer customer questions
  • Light clerical duties as needed
  • Outbound calls as needed to assist staff with class changes
  • Other duties as requested by supervisors
  • Maintain clean work station
  • Strong communication and typing skills
  • Filing, correspondence, multi-tasking, and telephone etiquette skills
  • Ability to learn computer software, phone system, and learn program information
Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

Pay rate is $10.56 per hour.
