Requirements
To complete this registration you will need the following: Class M permit or Class M license, driver's license number, name and address, phone number, date of birth, email address.

If you are under 16 years of age, you are NOT eligible to register for a course or an account.

If you are under the age of 18 and have a permit, you must also report your permit test eligibility date.

If you are not a resident of Pennsylvania, you must contact PAMSP directly to create a profile and register for courses.

Your Profile
After completing this registration form, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please verify that you entered the correct email address and make sure that your spam filters allow you to recieve email from info@pamsp.com. Your account information will be kept on file for future registrations, but will not be used for commercial purposes or shared with any other parties.
